Using this website
You are welcome to explore our work, read product information and contact us. Browsing does not create a purchase or product licence. Please use website information responsibly, respect content ownership and refer to the released instructions before clinical use. The sections below explain the terms in full.
Our company and this website
IDCP Scotland Limited, registered in Scotland (SC666120), 77 Torrisdale Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G42 8PW. Contact Support@idcpscotland.co.uk.
This website introduces IDCP Scotland and Peekaboo Vision. You may browse it without creating an account or buying anything. Browsing, sending an enquiry or downloading information does not itself place an order or accept a product licence. The website does not take payment.
Peekaboo subscriptions use Apple’s purchase process. Direct IDCP organisation licences are not available at the initial launch; any later offering will require an accepted written order. Other IDCP engagements require their own agreed scope and terms and are outside these product policies.
Information and product availability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and correct material errors when identified. Product screenshots illustrate the app. Availability is shown by the App Store listing; compatibility is limited to the combinations specified in the V1.1.0 instructions. Before purchase or clinical use, refer to the released product information and applicable instructions.
The website is not patient-specific medical advice. Contact an appropriate health professional about individual care. Product instructions and the manufacturer’s applicable responsibilities remain in place.
Ownership and permitted use
IDCP and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, software and supplied images. You may view, print and retain reasonable copies of public information for your own reference or a legitimate internal evaluation. Do not remove attribution, misrepresent ownership, redistribute substantial content or use our branding to suggest endorsement without the relevant permission. Legal exceptions and rights under any applicable open-source licence are preserved. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
Acceptable website use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or security, distribute malicious code, misuse contact details for unlawful communications, or present a misleading association with IDCP. Ordinary links to public pages are permitted if they are fair, lawful and do not imply sponsorship. Stop misleading use when we reasonably request it.
External links and availability
External links, including Apple and regulatory resources, lead to services operated by others under their own terms and privacy practices. We may maintain, correct or temporarily withdraw website pages. We do not promise uninterrupted access, but will take reasonable steps to address reported problems. Website availability does not replace the offline or outage arrangements provided with a released product.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Mandatory rights and remedies, including applicable consumer rights for digital content and services, are preserved.
Subject to those protections, we do not warrant that general website information will meet a particular project requirement or that internet access will always be available. Any applicable product or service commitment is governed by its accepted contract and mandatory law. A website change cannot retrospectively remove a right arising under an existing contract.
Privacy and cookies
Read the website privacy notice and cookie and storage information. Do not include patient records, passwords or payment-card information in an ordinary website enquiry.
Changes, complaints and governing law
We will identify the effective date of issued terms and publish updates here. Changes govern future website use and do not silently amend an existing product agreement. Email Support@idcpscotland.co.uk about an error, concern or accessibility problem. You can request information in an alternative accessible format through the same mailbox. We will consider reasonable adjustments; no independent accessibility certification is claimed.
These website terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove mandatory protections or an applicable consumer’s right to use the courts available where they live. An invalid provision is limited or removed as necessary without removing the remaining valid provisions.
