Choose the right help
- Stop a renewal: cancel through your Apple account using the steps below.
- Request money back: use Apple’s refund route; cancellation alone does not request a refund.
- Restore paid access: use purchase restoration with the purchasing Apple account and an internet connection.
- Organisation licence: contact your administrator or IDCP; it is managed separately from Apple subscriptions.
Plans and payment
Individual Great Britain subscription pricing is £6.99 per month or £59.99 per year, including any applicable taxes. The yearly plan is charged as one annual payment, not monthly instalments. Both are auto-renewing Apple subscriptions. Apple presents the applicable total price, period and renewal details for approval before purchase. Purchases are not made on this website. The plans provide assessment access during the paid period with maintenance and support under the issued policy. Choose one billing period; both are not required. No free trial, introductory discount or grandfathered price is promised here.
Stopping renewal
- Open Settings on your iPad and select your name.
- Select Subscriptions, then Peekaboo Vision.
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen steps.
- Check the expiry or cancellation confirmation shown by Apple.
If Apple shows that the subscription has expired or is already cancelled, there may be no cancellation button. If you cannot find it, check the Apple account used for the purchase. See Apple’s current cancellation instructions. Cancellation generally stops future renewal; it does not itself request a refund for the paid period. Deleting the app or emailing IDCP does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription.
Cancel before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. We recommend allowing at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid a last-minute renewal; this does not shorten any applicable statutory cancellation right. Follow any deadline Apple displays for the purchase, trial or offer. We do not add a separate IDCP cancellation fee.
Restoration and offline access
Use the purchase-restoration controls in the app with the purchasing Apple account and an internet connection. If access remains unavailable, contact support. Offline access ends at the earlier of the last verified entitlement expiry or 30 days after the last successful online licence check; reconnect to verify continued access or a successful renewal. A new billing date does not by itself extend an offline entitlement.
Plan and price changes
Changing between monthly and annual plans must use the options made available by Apple. Before confirming a change, review its effective date, charge and any adjustment shown. Do not assume a change is immediate or that unused time is automatically credited. We may propose a future renewal-price change to reflect objectively justified changes in support or development costs, platform charges, taxes, regulatory-compliance costs or a material change in the supplied service. We will explain the reason, new price and effective date, apply the required advance notice and consent rules, and preserve the option to stop renewal before the change. This does not permit a retrospective charge or unrestricted alteration of an existing paid period. Existing-subscriber treatment must be stated in the actual offering.
Refund requests and faulty software
For an Apple-billed purchase, submit a request through Apple’s report-a-problem service. See Apple’s refund instructions. Describe the purchase issue without patient information. IDCP can investigate app faults but cannot promise Apple will approve every request.
If digital content or a service is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a mandatory legal requirement, applicable repair, replacement, price-reduction, refund or other remedies are preserved. Contact IDCP about the product issue even if a billing request is also with Apple. No blanket no-refunds rule or automatic refusal for an annual plan applies.
Consumer cancellation rights
Business use and consumer status depend on the actual purchase; being an individual subscriber does not alone determine either. If you purchase as a consumer, a distance contract for digital content normally has a 14-day cancellation period starting after the contract is entered into, unless the right is lawfully lost when immediate supply begins with the required express consent and acknowledgement. Any applicable cancellation right is preserved. Review Apple’s purchase and withdrawal information for your transaction.
For digital content supplied immediately, any legally required express consent and acknowledgement concerning loss of a cancellation right must be obtained in the purchase process. Viewing these terms or opening the app is not treated here as that consent. Immediate access does not by itself remove remedies for faulty content. Applicable withdrawal information and purchase confirmation must be provided through the relevant purchase channel. For an Apple purchase, refer also to Apple’s UK withdrawal information and cancellation form.
Organisation access
Not available at initial launch. Access is initially sold through Apple monthly or annual subscriptions. The following information relates to a possible later offering.
IDCP organisation licences are separately ordered with an agreed device count, fixed term, price and expiry. Apple’s individual subscription prices do not price an organisation licence. Payment is required before activation, including activation of a renewed term. Organisation licences renew automatically for the renewal period stated in the accepted order unless cancelled under its stated procedure. Contact IDCP to stop organisation renewal; Apple subscription settings do not cancel it. Refunds follow the accepted contract and applicable law. See organisation licence terms. Do not buy an individual subscription simply to renew a separate organisation grant unless you intend to change access route.
